The rooms are functional and warm with basics and 4 twin beds plus medium condition. The location is very central, next to the river and the feature spots as well as a food market and a beautiful square. Old Town district deserves your attention.

quiet hotel on a good location in Kazimierz
bed too soft, cover too hot for warm nights; one day the room was not cleaned; breakfast was better in other hotels

The location is excellent. Easy to find and safe neighbourhood, right in the centre of the city. The staff did a great job - very helpful and nice. And they all spoke good English. The room looked really cute.
There was no hair-dryer in the room, neither was there a fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the historic Jewish district of Krakow. The hotel's beautiful interior and tranquil surroundings made for a truly immersive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing me with directions in my native language. The location was perfect, with trendy cafes nearby and the Wawel Castle and central square just a short walk away. The buffet breakfast, although not extravagant, was satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the history of the Jewish people and experience the charm of the old part of Krakow.

The location was great, and was quiet at night. Liked the atmosphere of lobby, dining room and veranda. The staff were nice. Good value.
These are not complaints, just something to know: Bathroom is very basic- just drain with shower curtain. Breakfast selection is good, but juice or water costs extra.

The value for money at this hotel is great - it's very affordable. The location is ideal, just round the corner from Plac Wolnica in Kazimierz and 20 minutes walk from the city's main square. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms had all the basic amenities you need. Breakfast was fairly basic, but diverse and tasty.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.
